(your ID number) will be given, which should be

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is in Chinese Yuan. If you
pay in other currency please contact Secretary
(dengtj@ihep.ac.cn ) to get the exchange
rate. Approximative conversion rate on 15th

3. On-site payment

Banquet cost is about $40/person, we charge only

CANCELLATION & Refund
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the
conference secretariat.
If your cancellation notice is received before
April 1, 2009, your payment minus 500 RMB for
administrative costs will be refunded.
If your cancellation notice is received after
April 1, 2009, no refund will be made.
Your registration fee is transferable to another
person if you are not able to come.
