REGISTRATION
Registration is required to be done through the ICANS web site (WWW.ICANS-XVIII.AC.CN).
Once registration is made, a registration number (your ID number)
will be given, which will be referred to in later communications.
Early registration is encouraged, for registration please click icans
If for some reason, you can not make your registration through our
web site, our fax number is: 86-10-88233374.
REGISTRATION FEE
Four currencies are accepted:
1. For
participants
2000 RMB or
250USD or 200Euro or 30,000JY
(The
registration fee for participants cover renting conference
rooms, a reception, a banquet, conference bags, proceedings CD
and others.)
2. For family members
500 RMB or 65USD or 50Euro or
8,000JY
(For family members, you will enjoy a reception and a banquet.)
Ways of payment are as
below:
1. Bank transfer
In your bank transfer, you need to refer to the name of the conference, your
full name, your ID number (registration number) and the purpose of your payment

· Please send us a copy of your bank transfer document and keep a copy for your
own record.
· Banks quite often charge a certain percentage as
service fee during the transfer process, if that
happens, you need to cover the gap at on-site registration
by yourself .
2. Check payment
Checks are accepted and received only before March 10, 2007. Please mail your
check with reference to your ID number (registration number) to:

3. On-site payment
We accept cash only for on-site payment. And for on-site payment, we would
collect an additional administration fee of: 100 RMB or

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretary. If
cancellation is received by April 5, 2007, your payment minus 500
RMB for
administrative costs will be refunded.
No refund after April
5, 2007.
