His research field is data analysis of high energy
experimental physics.
He joined the analysis
of ALEPH physics during his stay at Wisconsin University as postdoc. He
published and/or jointly published about 100 papers. He made major
contributions in 16 of them. While doing BES physics, he made a systematic
study of x
(2230)
in searching for the candidate of glueball.
During ALEPH Collaboration, he played an important role in searching for
Higgs and served as the coordinator of Higgs Group at Wisconsin. He played
important roles in the aforesaid work, which received great attention from
the two experimental groups. Particular mention should be made of the role
he played in the measurement of the production cross-section of W. The
experimental result posed a challenge to the theoretical prediction and
computation accuracy. The new analytical method adopted was applied in the
analyses of the other W decays and the final state of 4 jet.
The current subject he undertakes is analysis of BES physics
